1. About these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the CQELGIN CORP online store and any purchase accepted by CQELGIN CORP. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Read them together with the product information and any order-specific conditions disclosed before purchase.
CQELGIN CORP is an online retail company offering home, office, and travel products. The current furniture selection is displayed in the Shop. The company was established on August 26, 2026. The business contact details appear at the end of this document.
2. Eligibility and appropriate use
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract, or have the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where appropriate. Provide accurate information when ordering and use a payment method that you are authorized to use. You are responsible for checking your delivery address, contact information, and product choices before confirming an order.
Do not use the store for unlawful conduct, fraudulent transactions, interference with store security, or attempts to access another person’s information. Do not upload harmful code or content that infringes the rights of others. We may restrict use associated with fraud, security concerns, or a material breach of these terms, subject to applicable law.
3. Product information and images
Product names, displayed prices, and descriptions identify the items offered through the store. Read any specifications supplied for the particular item before purchasing. If dimensions, load limits, mattress compatibility, materials, finish options, or included components are not stated, ask for confirmation before placing an order. Room photographs may include accessories or furniture that are not included with the named item.
Colors can appear differently depending on your screen and lighting. Wood grain and other natural materials can vary between individual pieces. Such variation does not excuse a product that is defective, materially different from its description, or otherwise protected by applicable consumer law. A product should be used only for its intended purpose and in accordance with its supplied instructions.
4. Prices, taxes, and charges
Displayed product prices are in United States dollars unless the store clearly states otherwise. Shipping, taxes, and other mandatory charges, where applicable, must be disclosed before an order is completed. The total presented for your order governs the amount charged for that transaction. A product listing alone is not a promise of a particular shipping cost or tax treatment.
Prices and available products may change for future orders. If an obvious price or description error affects an unaccepted order, we will seek to clarify the correct information or cancel the affected order and refund any payment received. We will not impose an additional charge for a correction without your agreement. Confirm the final total before authorizing payment.
5. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order requests a purchase of the selected goods. An automated receipt acknowledges that information has been received; acceptance occurs when we expressly confirm acceptance or dispatch the relevant goods, unless a different point is clearly disclosed during checkout. We may need to verify payment authorization, delivery eligibility, and availability before acceptance.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will communicate the issue and arrange an appropriate cancellation or other agreed resolution. For orders containing multiple items, separate shipments may be appropriate if disclosed for that order. Save the order confirmation and any correspondence, as these documents help identify the items and arrangements agreed for your purchase.
6. Payments and payment security
Available payment methods are the methods actually shown at checkout. Payment processing is performed through the payment provider configured for the store. We do not ask you to send a complete card number, security code, or banking password through an inquiry form, ordinary email, or product review. Contact us if you receive an unexpected request for sensitive payment information.
Your bank or payment provider may apply its own authorization requirements or fees. A declined or reversed authorization can prevent completion of an order. Any cancellation or refund handled by the store will be communicated in relation to the affected transaction; processing time at your bank is separate from the time at which a refund is issued.
7. Shipping and delivery
Orders are shipped directly to the delivery address supplied for the purchase. Delivery availability, shipping charges, dispatch timing, and the delivery method depend on the item and destination. Any order-specific estimate will be provided with the relevant purchase information. Ensure the address is complete and that access arrangements are suitable for the item before ordering.
Where a shipment delay requires your consent or gives you a cancellation right under applicable law, we will provide the required notice and offer the applicable choice of accepting the delay or cancelling for a refund. We will not substitute store credit for a legally required monetary refund without your agreement. Contact us if an expected delivery has not arrived or if the delivery record appears incorrect.
8. Furniture access, assembly, and care
Measure the room, doorways, stairways, elevators, and other access points before purchasing large furniture. Confirm whether the delivery arrangement includes any service beyond shipment to the stated address. Assembly, installation, room placement, or disposal of packaging is included only when expressly confirmed for the order. Do not assume an item arrives assembled.
Follow all supplied assembly, anchoring, weight, and care instructions. Use wall restraints where required, especially for storage furniture. Do not modify a load-bearing component or use furniture in a way contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions. If a part is missing or appears damaged, stop assembly and ask for guidance before using the item.
9. Damage, missing items, and incorrect goods
Inspect goods and packaging as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. If an item is damaged, incomplete, or different from the item ordered, contact us with the order reference and a clear description of the issue. Photographs of the item and packaging can help us assess the problem. Retain relevant packaging where reasonably practical while the issue is being resolved.
A replacement part, replacement item, repair, price adjustment, or refund may be appropriate depending on the circumstances and the rights that apply. We will explain the proposed resolution and any necessary return arrangements. A request to report an issue promptly does not remove a statutory remedy or create an unlawful deadline for a consumer claim.
10. Cancellations, returns, and refunds
Contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel or change an order. The available options depend on whether the goods have been dispatched and on any product-specific terms disclosed before purchase. Do not return furniture to the business correspondence address unless we have confirmed that address as the correct return destination.
For a change-of-mind return, request the applicable eligibility conditions, return window, shipping responsibility, and any disclosed deductions before sending the item. Any voluntary return conditions must be made available before purchase. These terms do not create an undisclosed restocking fee or limit remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods. Approved refunds are issued through the applicable payment arrangement, subject to legally required methods and timing. We will explain any lawful deduction rather than apply an unexplained charge.
11. Shopping cart, support, and customer content
Adding an item to your cart does not complete a purchase or reserve inventory. Review the selected variant, quantity, available delivery options, and final amount in checkout before authorizing payment. You can change quantities or remove items from the cart before continuing. An order is governed by the acceptance provisions above.
The contact form is for general product questions and assistance with existing orders. It is separate from the shopping cart and checkout. Do not send full card details or banking credentials in a support message.
If you provide a review or other content for publication, you must have the right to share it and it must reflect your actual experience. Do not include confidential information, payment data, unlawful material, or another person’s personal details. Publication of a review does not mean that every statement applies to every product unit or future delivery.
12. Intellectual property and third-party services
Store branding, original text, and other protected materials belong to their respective rights holders. You may use the store for ordinary browsing and personal shopping. You may not copy or exploit protected content for a competing commercial purpose without the appropriate permission. Rights in third-party software, fonts, payment services, and trademarks remain with their owners.
The store may rely on Shopify and other configured service providers. Their services can have their own applicable terms. An interruption or technical error should be reported if it affects your order; it does not eliminate an accepted order or a consumer right. We do not promise that all website functions will be uninterrupted or compatible with every device.
13. Liability, applicable law, and disputes
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits mandatory consumer protections, or removes a right to seek a remedy available under applicable law. Any limitation applies only to the extent it is valid in the circumstances. Do not rely on a general website statement as a substitute for product-specific safety instructions or a written order confirmation.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to CQELGIN CORP in Montana, United States, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Before starting a formal dispute, you may contact us with the order details and the outcome you seek so that we can attempt to resolve the issue. No compulsory arbitration, class-action waiver, or shortened statutory claim period is created by this document.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these terms for future use of the store. The date shown below identifies the version of this document. A later website update does not retroactively change an accepted order without a lawful basis or your agreement. If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
For questions about these terms, a purchase, or a requested remedy, contact CQELGIN CORP using the details below. Include the relevant order reference if you have one, but do not include full payment credentials.
